As an IT Administrator, you will:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users and manage core systems and networks.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with IT guidelines.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, ensuring exceptional client-side support.
- Possess hands-on experience across various IT domains, including Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and OS support, encompassing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
To be successful as an IT Administrator at Tufin, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in HelpDesk or IT Support roles.
- Mandatory 1-year experience in managing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Intune).
- Practical expertise in Microsoft technologies and Office 365 services administration.
- Proficiency in client OS administration and management (Windows 10/11, Mac).
- At least 1 years' experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, OUs, accounts, and groups.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hardware components (Desktops, Laptops).
- Practical experience with JAMF Pro - Advantage.
- Scripting capabilities - Advantage.
- Service-oriented with strong customer-facing verbal communication skills.
- A desire to learn and grow alongside the team as our needs and mission evolve is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
