Raymond Brancato is Chief Executive Officer of Tufin, the Security Policy Company. Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth and more than 2000 customers among the world’s largest enterprises.
Raymond brings an accomplished 27+ year sales management track record of delivering revenue growth, implementing robust sales strategies across global organizations, and successfully executing go-to-market transformation at software companies. Prior to being appointed CEO, he served as Tufin’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for global sales strategy and field execution — achieving double-digit YoY growth and attaining new business booking milestones. Before joining Tufin, he was Chief Revenue Officer at AnyVision (now Oosto). Raymond has also held executive leadership positions over the course of 10+ years with CA Technologies, a $4.5B Fortune 500 organization and business partner to the world’s largest companies.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Science from the University of South Carolina.
Shay Dayan is our Senior Vice President of Products and Engineering. Prior to that, Shay held several roles in Tufin’s Research of Development department from August 2009, including team leader, group manager, director of system architecture, chief technology officer of cloud products and VP Research & Development. He was previously a development team leader at Radware Ltd, from August 2006 to August 2009.
Shay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University in Israel.
Scott Tucker is the Chief Financial Officer at Tufin where he is responsible for all areas of Finance, which includes Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) and Business Intelligence. He has spent over 20 years working in both Financial Operations and Private Equity. Scott has prior Network Security experience having served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at iboss, a cloud-based Network Security company focusing on Secure Web Gateways. Scott also served as the Vice President of FP&A and Sales Operations at Acoustic, a leading provider of marketing cloud and analytics.
Scott received his B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
Jeffrey Wilmot leads global sales strategy and execution at Tufin. Previously, Jeff led Tufin’s Americas Sales Organization for three years. He has a 23-year track record of building, managing, and growing teams for Public, VC- and PE-backed companies. Jeff creates world-class teams that maximize customer benefit.
Before joining Tufin, he was Senior Vice President for the Americas at BeyondTrust, where he led the effort to combine four brands in the cyber security space. Prior to that, Jeff worked at two PE-backed startups that delivered successful exits for their respective firms. He began his career at PTC where he spent 15 years working on and running teams in North America, Europe and India.
Jeff has a Bachelor’s degree from the Widener University where he played four years of varsity Football.
As General Counsel and Company Secretary of Tufin Noa Farkas Gluck oversees all of the Company’s legal affairs. Noa brings more than 15 years of experience in legal affairs of private and public tech and med tech companies.
Noa’s experience includes, among others, her roles as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Itamar Medical (where she led the Company’s listing to Nasdaq and thereafter its acquisition by Zoll Medical) and as Deputy General Counsel of Allot Communications (a dual listed Company on Nasdaq and TASE).
Noa holds a Master of Commercial Law (LL.M.), magna cum laude, the Executive International Masters Program, Tel Aviv University, in collaboration with the University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law and a LLB., from the Bar Ilan University.
As Tufin’s CMO, Brian is responsible for spearheading the company’s marketing initiatives including demand generation, production marketing, communications, and brand development. He brings 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and B2B software to Tufin, as a data-driven marketing practitioner with deep technical knowledge of the industry. He’s previously held marketing leadership roles at companies that include A-LIGN, Cmd Security, Carbon Black, and RSA Security.
Brian is a startup advisor and two-time entrepreneur, holding a BS in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Tali is the VP of Human Resources at Tufin. She is responsible for the company’s global people strategy and operations, including hiring, developing, rewarding and retaining talent in the company. She has over 15 years of human resources experience in technological organizations.
Prior to joining Tufin, Tali held Human Resources roles at other technology companies including Check Point Software and Nice Systems.
Tali holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Haifa University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Bar Ilan University.
As VP of Corporate Strategy, Revital leads the design of Tufin’s strategy, together with the CEO and Tufin’s leadership team. Revital brings many years of experience designing and implementing winning companies and product strategies in the technology space. In her work, Revital drives executional alignment and collaboration across Tufin’s departments to enable the company’s growth and to achieve its strategy.
Prior to Tufin, Revital was leading strategy and operations work at Dell and EMC’s Corporate Strategy Team, and at the Boston Consulting Group. Revital has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BCs in Electrical Engineering from the Tel Aviv University.
Dennis Behrens leads the Services and Support organization at Tufin, where he’s responsible for end-to-end Professional Services, Support and Client Education experiences. He is a cybersecurity and technology professional with over 18 years of experience building and leading teams to provide services focused on maximizing customers’ technology investments. Prior to joining Tufin, Dennis led Professional Services at Black Box Network Services, and he has industry experience with both startups and small businesses as well.
Dennis has a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis (Computer Science) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (Business Administration) from Miami University. He is also CCIE Collaboration Emeritus.
Sheree is the Chief of Staff at Tufin, overseeing the execution of the CEO’s strategic agenda. Her responsibilities include translating the CEO’s vision into action, ensuring effective communication across the organization, and coordinating Board-level and company-wide initiatives. She brings more than 15 years of management consulting and executive advisory experience, driving strategic objectives, growth, and business outcomes.
Prior to joining Tufin, Sheree held executive leadership support positions at AnyVision (now Oosto) and CA Technologies, building upon nearly ten years at Deloitte Consulting in the Sales Effectiveness practice. Sheree received her B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
