The AVP manages Sales personnel across North America.

The following describes you:

  • Enterprise focused, data driven, sales leader, responsible for enabling/inspecting the performance of the Sales team
  • Front line manager, not afraid to roll-up sleeves
  • Cross Sell, Renew, & Upsell existing account base
  • Dedicated to meeting and exceeding both short & long-term revenue goals
  • Ability to leverage background in Networking/Security to form a deep understanding of our customers needs
  • Work and team up with new and existing Reselling Partners to close enterprise deals
  • Think outside the box to bring new and exciting ideas to the table

Requirements

  • 5-7 years Account Management experience in the region
  • 3+ years managing a team of sales people
  • Experience managing large complex accounts
  • Background in selling networking/security solutions to Enterprise customers
  • Strong selling skills into major accounts, with an understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles
  • A proven track record of success
  • A critical and creative thinker
  • Must be a self-starter and a strong closer
  • Position requires day-to-day and overnight travel
